We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or have been inactive for an extended period.

All content and materials available on Viralopidia — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — are the exclusive property of Viralopidia or its content suppliers and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

If you submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available any content on Viralopidia — including comments, reviews, ratings, or suggestions ("User Content") — you agree to the following:

• You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Viralopidia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display it in connection with operating the Service
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it
• You must not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or in violation of any law
• You understand that we may — but are not obligated to — review, moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion

Viralopidia is supported by advertising and affiliate marketing partnerships. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• The Service may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense and other advertising networks
• Some links on the site are affiliate links — we may earn a commission when you click and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you
• Advertisements and affiliate links are clearly distinguished from editorial content where required by law
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertised third-party products or services
• Clicking third-party ads will take you away from Viralopidia — those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by adjusting your Google Ad settings or using our cookie preference centre

Viralopidia does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The Service is free from viruses or other harmful components
• Content is current, complete, or up to date at all times

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Viralopidia, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Damages from third-party conduct — including other users, advertisers, or linked websites

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viralopidia and its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jharkhand, India.

Dispute resolution process: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@viralopidia.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of your notice.

• EU users: Your statutory consumer rights under EU law are not affected by these Terms
• California users: California Civil Code § 1789.3 consumer rights apply
• UK users: The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK consumer protections apply where relevant

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Post a prominent notice on our homepage for at least 14 days following the change
• Send an email notification to registered users for significant changes affecting their rights

Changes take effect 30 days after the revised Terms are posted (or immediately for changes required by law or to address security concerns). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
